Owyhee River Flows
- On Friday April 3rd, flows will increase to 60 CFS
- On Saturday April 4th, flows will increase to 120CFS
2026 Water season starts April 6th, 2026
- The Board has set the start date for water to be April 6th, 2026
- Please remember, the water will begin on the 6th, but it will take several days to make it through the entire disitrict so you area may not be able to access water until after the 6th.
- Reach out to your Ditch Rider to find out when you can access water & to place water orders.
- Dont forget you MUST havfe your assessment paid in full & RRA paperwork sign (if applicable) before you can access water!
2026 Allotment
- The 2026 Initial Allotment is set at 3.5 AF per acre

2026 O&M Assessment is set!
- The Owyhee Irrigation District Board of Directors has set the incurred O&M charges for the 2026 season
- O&M charge for 2026 is: $77.80 per acre
- Special Assessment is: $1.50
- Small Acreage Fee remains $85.00 for accounts with 5 or less acres.
- Assessments Summaries have been sent out by mail, if you don't receive your Summary Report, please reach out to the Owyhee Irrigation District Office.
- A meeting of the Joint Board will be held on April 28th, 2026 at 7pm at the district office located at 422 Thunderegg Blvd. Nyssa, Oregon 97913. A meeting of the Owyhee Irrigation District Board will follow.
- If you wish to attend by telephone, please call our office by 3 p.m. the day before the meeting to get a call-in number.
